Lisa Blue, President

Lisa is a mother of a 22 year old, non-verbal son with Autism and a teacher at Marie Hughes Elementary School. Lisa is also a NM LEND fellow and graduate of the NM Partners in Policymaking. Lisa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, a Master’s of Special Education, and is currently working on her Ph.D. in Special Education.  She is active in promoting the necessity of family-centered education, and has been a volunteer with Parents Reaching Out for the past eleven years.
